Improvements planned for Frio Street will begin at 10 p.m. Sunday, October 15, 2017, and will affect VIA service in the Centro Plaza area for approximately two months.
Most VIA bus routes serving Centro Plaza will be placed on temporary detour during this time.
Phase I is scheduled to begin at 10 p.m. Sunday, October 15, 2017.
Phase II will begin in November 2017.
