Do you have artists in the family, young ones who love to draw or paint? Then VIA's Youth Art Contest might be just the thing for them.
The art contest for 2009 kicks off March 2 and runs through April 10. All artists in Kindergarten through 12th grade in the San Antonio area are encouraged to enter, and the winners will get savings bonds and recognition at an awards ceremony in May.
