If you want to get an early start riding the bus on the West Side, you might want to try route 75 West Commerce. This frequent service route begins service at 4:07 a.m. at the University Family Health Center on 36th street and continues its runs until almost 1:00 a.m.

Route 75 travels out West Commerce Street all the way to Acme Road, then down to Old Castroville Road. At 29th Street the route splits into an alternating loop with every other trip traveling down El Paso Street, 34th Street, Eldridge Street, and 36th Street to the end of the line at the University Family Health Center before returning via Acme and Commerce.

Route 75 serves the Bazan Branch of the San Antonio Public Library system, and it also goes by Our Lady of the Lake University on 24th Street.
