Route 64 US 90 Express provides express service to the West Side of San Antonio. The route travels out U.S. Highway 90 to the Kel-Lac Transit Center, and then it continues to Loop 410 and exits on Military Drive to turn back to Richland Hills
The route then travels out to the Westover Hills area along State Highway 151 to make stops at SeaWorld and Northwest Vista College. The route stops at the SeaWorld visitor entrance, but it also makes stops at the main entrance when the park is open for business.
The Kel-Lac Transit Center opened in January 2004, and it provides a convenient transfer point for 12 bus lines, including route 64. The facility offers an information center where riders can buy passes and get route information, and riders can also enjoy an air-conditioned waiting area, restrooms, and vending machines.

It then returns to downtown along U.S. Highway 90 as lineup route 64. Saturday and Sunday service available.
