Route 66 Ceralvo Frequent starts its journey through the West Side of San Antonio by traveling out Commerce Street. The route then turns south on Colorado Street and then onto Brazos Street to serve Lanier High School and Tafolla Middle School along the way. The route also serves the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, a multidisciplinary program that promotes Hispanic arts and culture through dance, literature, media arts, theater arts, visual arts, and music. The route then travels along Ceralvo Street and makes its way over to the end of the line at the University Family Health Center on 36th Street. This center is a primary care clinic for the University Health System, and available services include family medicine, pediatrics, radiology, pharmacy services, and on-site laboratory services.
