Park and ride service available to Race for the Cure

VIA Metropolitan Transit will operate special event park and ride service to the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure on Saturday, April 4.
Park and ride service will be offered from the Crossroads Park and Ride and the Blossom Athletic Center. Service to the Alamodome will begin at 6:00 a.m. and continue until 7:30 a.m. Return service will run from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
The special event fare is $2.50 each way, or $5.00 total. There is a discount fare of $1.25 each way, or $2.50 total, available to children, seniors, Medicare recipients, and students. VIAtrans customers and children under five years of age ride free. VIA’s monthly Big Passes are not valid for this service.
