Humberto R. Ramirez

Humberto Ramirez has served on VIA CAC since 2003. He is currently self-employed and has served as a Supervisor IT Specialist for the PE-Detachment San Antonio where he managed employees in support of an international customers base. He was involved in all aspects of customer service, administrative and managerial support. Mr. Ramirez has a B.S. in Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Master of Arts Degree in Computer Resource Management and Information Management from Webster University in San Antonio, Texas.

Humberto also serves on various community activities such as the Neighborhood Resource Center Neighborhood Leadership Development Program, Cellular on Patrol Neighborhood Watch, Heritage Neighborhood Association, St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Council 11599. He is also a member of the Mexican American Sports Association.
