VIA offers express Special Event Park & Ride service to many San Antonio events.
So when you are going to a concert, Fiesta, Folklife or a Spurs game, avoid the
traffic and parking hassles - check out VIA's service first. Park & Ride to fun
and games - it's the best way to go.

Special event service available for Rangers games
VIA Metropolitan Transit will operate special event park and ride service to the baseball games between the Texas Rangers and the Los Angeles Dodgers in the Alamodome March 20 and 21, 2015.
Park and ride service will be offered to the Rangers games from the Crossroads Park and Ride and the Madla Transit Center. On Friday, March 20, service to the Alamodome will begin at 5:00 p.m., and return service will run for 45 minutes after the end of the game. On Saturday, March 21, service will begin at 10:00 a.m., and return service will run for 45 minutes after the end of the game.
The special event park and ride fare is $2.50 each way (total of $5.00 roundtrip) with a discount fare available to children, seniors, Medicare recipients, and students. Cash only is accepted at the park and ride locations. VIAtrans customers and children under five years of age ride free. VIA’s passes are not valid for this service.
In addition to the park and ride service, VIA will also operate a Downtown Special Event Shuttle that will pick up from specially marked Primo stops. The regular bus fare of $1.20 will apply, and VIA passes will be accepted for trips on the shuttle.
