- Entrant can be an individual or group but only one prize will be awarded.

- Must be at least 18 years old to enter.
- Entrant must live in Bexar County.
- The Winner will be awarded their choice of either a new Apple iPad with Wi-Fi
16GB ($499 value) or a $500 VISA gift card.
- The Winner must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified. The prize
shall be claimed in person at VIA Metropolitan Transit, 800 West Myrtle, San Antonio,
Texas 78212 during normal business hours. Please call ahead at 210-362-2370. Any
unclaimed prize will be forfeited.
- There is no cash or exchange value for prizes, and prizes are not transferable.

- Winners agree that VIA, along with their partners and agents, and all employees
thereof, shall have no liability in connection with the acceptance and use of the

- Judging:
- First 50% of the score will be determined by the number of online votes submitted
during the contest.
- Second 50% of the score will be determined by a panel of five judges selected
by VIA. The judging will be based on and take into consideration the following criteria:
- Creativity
- Originality
- Positive reflection on public transit
