• During the Contest Period, produce a video (“My Life as a VIA bus rider”) that conveys a positive experience riding the bus. Video entry can be no longer than 2 minutes.
• To enter the Contest, you must first post your video on YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook or a similar online video-sharing site. When your video is posted register and submit your video embed code on the VIA Video Contest section at www.viainfo.net.
• All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on September 23, 2010 to be considered eligible.
• Entries will be rejected if: (a) the entry form is not fully completed and submitted along with your video during the contest period; or (b) if the Entry does not conform to the specific requirements listed under “Contest Rules”.
• Without limitation, VIA Metropolitan Transit is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entries.
• Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are not valid.
• The video cannot contain any offensive language or content or reflect negatively on VIA in any way as determined in VIA’s sole discretion.
• By submitting a video, the entrant provides to VIA a perpetual license to use the video as VIA desires including but not limited to any and all commercial uses. Further, all Entries become the sole property of VIA Metropolitan Transit.
• In cases where Entrant plans to use VIA owned equipment or property, real or personal, in any video it is advisable to notify VIA in advance by calling 210 362-2370.
• Entrant is responsible for obtaining any legal authorization and/or permission to capture a person’s image as a main subject on any video submitted.
