“VIA is proud to be the official transportation partner for CineFestival 2017 and to continue to support the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center in a shared mission to connect our region with art, history and culture,” VIA President and CEO Jeffrey C. Arndt will deliver opening remarks during CineFestival’s opening ceremonies at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24.
