As we all deal with the Covid-19 pandemic, health and safety concerns have become essential. But VIA is committed to follow safe capacity limits, perform frequent vehicle cleanings, require face covering when riding,  and providing no-touch payment options, so customers can feel at ease getting where they need to go on VIA.

OUR COMMITMENT

SAFETY MEASURES WHEN RIDING VIA

  • All passengers are required to wear face coverings while riding.
  • A maximum of 16 passengers are allowed on the bus.
  • No more than 4 passengers are allowed on our VIA Link vans
  • VIA vehicles are cleaned and sanitized overnight and throughout the day.
  • Protective shields have been placed between the customer and the bus operator.
  • Contactless payment options like our goMobile app are encouraged
