This shared-ride, curb-to-curb service is for customers who cannot use regular bus service because of a disability. VIAtrans trips are available for any purpose and can be scheduled at least one day in advance, using VIA’s online or call-in scheduling system.
VIA Link is an on-demand ride-sharing program that moves you through neighborhoods and cities, often where bus routes are not possible. And it’s affordable and convenient. VIA offers service in six zones throughout San Antonio.
Ride easy knowing there are so many ways to pay! Choose from our goMobile+ App on your phone, reloadable goCards or goCard Lite sold at all VIA Customer Service Centers and many retail outlets such as H-E-B stores, or pay your fare right on the bus by cash, card, or mobile wallet.
