You must download GO VIA and purchase your first eligible pass during the promotional period to qualify. You’ll receive one complimentary one-way, 2.5-hour pass via a unique promotional code emailed to the address associated with your registered GO VIA account no later than November 24, 2026. Limit one complimentary pass per eligible rider/account. Complimentary passes are nontransferable, have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotional offers.
