When it comes to helping college students get around town, VIA is acing the test with the amazing U-PASS! U-Pass is a special rider program available through partnerships with colleges and universities that provides unlimited bus rides on all regular VIA service, Prímo, VIA Express, Park & Ride Events, and VIA Link, FREE each semester.

ELIGIBILITY: All current students, faculty, and staff.

TO GET YOUR U-PASS: The U-PASS is available by downloading the VIA goMobile+ app onto your smart phone and creating an account using the email address associated with your university. Once signed in, your U-PASS will automatically show up within minutes.

An alternate option is to get a U-Pass sticker, which is adhered to an active school ID and presented to the operator when boarding. The sticker is available at the Campus Services Office.

ELIGIBILITY: All current students, faculty, and staff.

TO GET YOUR U-PASS: The U-PASS is available by downloading the VIA goMobile+ app onto your smart phone and creating an account using the email address associated with your university. Once signed in, your U-PASS will automatically show up within minutes. Eligible students, faculty or staff who do not have access to a smart device, can simply show an Alamo Colleges ID to the bus operator when boarding.

TO GET YOUR U-PASS: Your TAMUSA ID is your U-Pass. When boarding the bus or VIA Link service, just show your current TAMUSA ID to the operator.
