About VIA Public & Board Meetings
VIA conducts various public meetings to engage with the community. The VIA Board of Trustees and Advanced Transportation District hold public meetings once a month. Additionally, there are scheduled meetings of dedicated committees, including special board meetings, throughout the year to address and improve public transit. VIA also hosts periodic informational public meetings for the entire community.
The VIA Board of Trustees meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month. The meetings are open to the public and anyone who wishes to speak can do so during the Citizens to be Heard portion of the meeting.

VIA Metropolitan Transit will periodically host Public Meetings to inform the community of upcoming projects, construction and service changes. These meetings allow the public to share their input and provide feedback.
