VIA Metropolitan Transit has canceled Park & Ride service for Monster Jam events originally scheduled for Jan. 24 and Jan. 25 at the Alamodome due to forecasted severe weather.
Event organizers have announced the Monster Jam San Antonio events have been rescheduled due to inclement weather and anticipated road conditions. The events have been rescheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2026 and Sunday, March 29, 2026.
Teams across VIA have been preparing facilities, vehicles and equipment to function safely in the days ahead, including applying de-icing treatments to sidewalks, stairs, bus ramps and pedestrian areas, and ensuring the bus fleet remains operational during freezing temperatures as long as it is safe to do so.
