Purchase passes, tickets and Park & Ride Service fare with the VIA goMobile+ App, a reloadable goCard, any VIA Customer Service Center, or from one of numerous retail outlets including most H-E-B stores.

VIAtrans
VIAtrans riders, their personal care attendant, and a companion (with VIA ID) ride bus and special event service free.
Transfers
Free transfers, which allow you to connect from one bus to another, must be purchased when boarding and are valid for 2.5 hours from the time indicated. If transferring from a regular service to Express Service, additional fare is required.
Discounts
Discounts are available to children 5-13, seniors age 62 or older, Medicare recipients, persons with certain disabilities, active-duty U.S. military, and students. Find out more detailed information regarding discounts and reduced fares.
Off-Peak Special
Seniors and riders with limited mobility can ride bus service for just 25 cents from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays and free all day on weekends (with VIA ID).
Fare Assistance Program
VIA now offers a Fare Assistance Program to service area non-profit, social service and governmental/public agencies serving low income clients and/or clients living below the federal poverty level. Eligible 501 (c) (3) organizations can purchase monthly, weekly and daily bus passes, VIA Link, and VIAtrans tickets in bulk less 25% less the value of the passes. 31-Day Pass
The 31-Day Pass is valid for unlimited rides on all regular, Express, Prímo, and VIA Link service for 31 days from activation. The half fare 31-Day Pass is available for riders who qualify for reduced fares. The pass is activated by inserting it in the farebox on the first ride. After that simply swipe and go.

Semester Pass
The Semester Pass is valid for unlimited rides on all regular, Express, Prímo, and VIA Link service for the entire semester. The spring Semester Pass is valid January 1 to July 31. The fall Semester Pass is valid August 1 to December 31. Semester Passes cannot be purchased online. Get more information about fares for students.

7-Day Pass
The 7-Day Pass is valid for unlimited rides on all regular, Express, Prímo, and VIA Link service for seven days from activation. The half-fare 7-Day Pass is available for riders who qualify for reduced fares. The pass is activated by inserting into the fare box on the first ride. After that, simply swipe and go.

Annual Pass
The Annual Pass is valid for unlimited rides on all regular, Express, Prímo, and VIA Link service for one calendar year (12 months). The pass is available as full fare only at VIA Information Centers and will be loaded onto a goCard. The yearly pass is valid for 365 days, from the date of activation (first use).

The Day Pass is valid for unlimited rides on all regular, Express, Prímo, and VIA Link service on the day of activation. The half-fare Day Pass is available to riders who qualify for reduced fares.
