Beginning Monday, July 22, 2024, the current Customer Service, restrooms, and passenger boarding areas will be relocated to the edge of the facility closest to Randolph Blvd. The temporary passenger area will have sidewalks and shelters with signage at the appropriate locations for bus, VIAtrans and VIA Link service.

During construction, limited parking will be available near the intersection of Randolph Boulevard and Crestway Drive. The map below indicates boarding locations for regular bus routes, VIA Link and VIAtrans, public parking, restrooms, and dedicated bus entrance. Public entrance will only be on Crestway Drive.
