VIA set out to overhaul its bus network on a six-year timeline. Now, the agency is on pace to deliver the majority of the Better Bus Plan by January, with the VIA Rapid Green and Silver lines to follow.

2 million more trips to
what matters most.

Service investments have driven nearly 2 million more passenger trips year-over-year, putting VIA on track to provide more than 33 million trips this year.

Fixed-route frequency has flipped, too: In January 2025, 70% of service ran every 30 minutes or longer.

Today, 72% of service runs every 30 minutes or better.

The best via has ever been.

Customer satisfaction sits at 87%, and VIA’s Net Promoter Score puts it in the company of brands like Apple, Costco and USAA.

Even more telling: 81% of the general public, riders and non-riders alike, say VIA provides positive value to the region.
