VIA Metropolitan Transit hosts Tele-Town Hall meetings to discuss various topics and engage the community. The meetings allow the public to participate in the virtual discussions and provide feedback or concerns that VIA can use to improve its services.

The next Tele-Townhall is at 6 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2025, to discuss January 2026 service changes.

VIA also will host a Tele-Townhall meeting on Dec. 4 to discuss VIAtrans services.
