VIA Metropolitan Transit is hosting public hearings to request feedback on the proposed service revisions scheduled for implementation on Monday, May 7, 2018. The meetings will take place as follows:

VIA Routes to this meeting: 3, 4

The following are the proposed service changes:
VIA will increase the frequency from 15 minutes to 12 minutes, 6 a.m to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the following:
Route 3 San Pedro
Route 24 E. Houston
Route 76 W. Commerce.

Route 24 will be extended to serve Centro Plaza for all trips. There will no longer be trips that turnaround at N. Walters.

Some routes traveling through downtown or a transit facility continue as a different route (route pair) departing that location. The following route pairs will be changed:
Route 4 will be paired with Route 28.
Route 62 will be paired with Route 89.
Route 24 will no longer be paired with Route 4.

The following routes will have minor schedule changes:
4, 28, 62 and 89

Comments may be submitted at the public hearings or in writing through the date provided below. A court reporter/transcriber will be present at the hearings to accept verbal comments. All comments must be received by 5 p.m., Tuesday, February 13, 2018, to be included in the public hearing record.
