SAN ANTONIO (March 2, 2018) – VIA Metropolitan Transit bus service near Centro Plaza and the University of Texas at San Antonio–Downtown will resume regular service beginning Tuesday, March 6, 2018, following completion of the City of San Antonio’s Frio Street construction project.

The return of service to Centro Plaza comes after the completion of construction to rebuild four intersections along Frio Street. To accommodate the construction and continue to serve our customers, the majority of transfers between VIA bus routes in the Centro Plaza area were relocated to Milam Park for most of the construction period.

Stops at Centro Plaza will be served by the following routes:

Stop A | W. Houston St. at Medina St.
Routes: 3, 20, 89, 79 (outbound)

Stop B | W. Houston St. (middle of block)
Routes: 25, 62, 68

Stop C | North Frio St. at Houston St.
Routes: 66, 75, 76

Stop D | N. Frio St. (middle of block)
Routes: 17, 26, 28, 79 (inbound)

Stop E | W. Travis St. (middle of block)
Routes: 46, 301

Stop G | N. Medina St. (northbound)
Route: 100 (outbound)

Stop J | N. Medina St. (southbound)
Route: 100 (inbound)
