VIA Senior Vice President of Public Engagement Jon Gary Herrera and Director of Corporate Communications Rachel Benavidez recently sat down for a Facebook Live chat to provide insight on the new Stone Oak Park Ride & Ride.
The state-of-the-art facility at the corner of U.S. Hwy 281 N. and Stone Oak Parkway compliments the other seven Park & Ride locations in VIA’s service area and Herrera said the new location will allow VIA to provide service to one of the fastest-growing regions in the state.
The Stone Oak Park & Ride features an air-conditioned waiting area, a full-service Customer Service Center, 400 parking spaces, and is served by Route 7, which provides express service to downtown, and Route 503, which provides crosstown service to the South Texas Medical Center.
