The Romana Plaza Roundabout at the intersection of San Pedro and N. Main avenues is open and VIA routes 3, 4, 90, 95, 96, and 97, which were on long-term detours, have returned to normal routes.

Work in the area by the City of San Antonio continues, but has advanced enough to allow buses to travel safely through the new roundabout, that includes dedicated lanes for cyclists and pedestrians. The roundabout that fronts the Downtown Baptist Hospital, Fox Tech High School, and the San Antonio Main Library, is absent of signal lights to allow for a continuous flow of traffic.
