The City of San Antonio’s New Year’s Eve Celebration will be held on Alamo Street between Market Street and Cesar Chavez Boulevard, and the following routes will be on detours from 3 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 31, 2018 through 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019.
