VIA will detour Routes 100 Prímo and 301 VIVA centro in order to provide service to the Asian Festival at the Institute of Texan Cultures on Feb. 9. 2019.
Service to the Festival will begin at 9 a.m. and run until 6 p.m. The Festival is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Right on Montana
Left on Old Bowie Street to boarding area
Continue on Old Bowie Street
Right on Tower of the Americas Way
Left on turnaround at Cesar Chavez
Left on IH-37 N access road
Continue to regular route
301 VIVA centro
Eastbound from Market St. and Tower of the Americas Way
Right on Tower of the America’s Way
Right on Montana
