Four VIA routes will be on detour due to the Alamo Heights Annual Holiday Parade from 4:45 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019.
Castano Road will be closed between Vanderhoeven Drive and Alamo Heights Blvd. The detours are as follows.
