Get the latest VIA Reimagined news and be involved in the conversation when VIA hosts a Facebook Live event with VIA trustees Amanda Merck and Akeem Brown at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18.
This is the second online live event in a series of community outreach programs to discuss its VIA Reimagined Plan — a 10-year road map designed to make public transit in our region better, faster, smarter and easier to use. VIA’s Chief Strategic Officer, Marisa Bono, will moderate the discussion.
VIA will host similar outreach events throughout the year as part of ongoing efforts to engage and inform the community about the benefits of the plan, and include group meetings, strategic partnerships, interactive online tools, and social media activities.
The VIA Reimagined plan includes projects designed to create a better bus system, build an advanced rapid transit network, and develop smart transit solutions.
