The next work session of the VIA Metropolitan Transit and Advanced Transportation District Board of Trustees will be conducted as an audio/videoconference meeting at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2020. Download Agenda

In keeping with proper social distancing measures in order to slow the spread of COVID-19 and avoid meetings that bring many people into congregate settings, the Board will not meet in person. Instead, this videoconference work session will be conducted pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act as temporarily
modified and suspended by the Office of the Governor on March 16, 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and associated declarations of emergency.

This Board work session will be held via Zoom. Members of the public may access this meeting via the free-of-charge video conference by following the instructions below.

Members of the public who wish to address the Board during the Citizens to Be Heard portion of the meeting must call (210) 380-0942 and provide their name, contact information and the subject(s) on which they wish to address the Board or CLICK HERE to register online.

Registration to speak shall be open for one hour beginning at 12:00 p.m. and ending at 1:00 p.m. on April 21, 2020. The Board meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. on April 21, 2020. Each registrant will be invited to speak in the order of registration.

Any registrant who does not timely request to address the Board will not be allowed to speak. Each person must be available to speak when called or will lose the opportunity to address the Board. A recording of this meeting will be made available to the public.
