VIA Vice President of Planning and Development Kammy Horne joined local businessman Rick Cavender recently for a blog Q&A with the City of San Antonio Office of Sustainability to discuss electric vehicles and mass transit.
Horne and Cavender, serve as members on the Office of Sustainability Technical and Community Advisory Committee. Horne, whose role at VIA includes overseeing long- and short-term service planning & scheduling, real estate services and passenger amenities, is using her knowledge in transportation to address sustainability issues facing our city.
