Riders may take VIA special event service round-trip for just $2.60 to the Alamodome
VIA Metropolitan Transit will provide Special Event Service to the Alamodome August 21, 2022 for the MÖTLEY CRÜE Stadium Tour.
The service will be provided beginning at 2:30 p.m., two hours prior to the 4:30 p.m. start time of the concert, and ending one hour after the concert ends. The special event route will run from the Crossroads Park & Ride (151 Crossroads Blvd, 78201) to the Robert Thompson Transit Center at the Alamodome.
The new fare for VIA’s special event service is only $1.30 each way with discounted fares for children, seniors, students, and active-duty U.S. military. Cash and credit cards are accepted at the Park & Ride location. Additionally, VIA passes will now be accepted for event service or riders can buy fare in advance by downloading the VIA goMobile+ app (Apple Store and Google Play) to purchase your Special Event Pass.
