Multiple routes and street closure will be in effect this weekend for the celebration of Jazz’SAlive at Travis Park and SíClovía along several streets from N. Main Ave. & Ashby Place to Crockett Park at Alamo and Jones streets.

VIA encourages passengers to be aware of the detours and disruptions when planning a trip. Detours will be listed on the Service Alerts page while in effect.

JAZZ’SALIVE 2022

Multiple routes will be detoured near Travis for Park for the San Antonio Parks and Recreation 39th Annual Jazz’SAlive music festival on Friday, September 23, 2022, and Saturday, September 24, 2022.

The festival also will force the closure of the following streets:

♦ Navarro Street between Travis and Pecan from 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22 to 5 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022.

♦ Pecan Street between Navarro and Jefferson streets from 9 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23 to Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022.

♦ Jefferson Street between Pecan and Travis streets from 9 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23 to Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022.

The following VIA routes will be in effect:

HEAD FOR THE CURE

Multiple routes will be detoured just north of downtown for the Race for the Cure 5K run/walk from 7 a.m. to noon, Saturday, September 24, 2022.

The following VIA routes will be in effect:

SICLOVIA

The YMCA will celebrate its Fall SíClovía, which will prompt the closure of multiple streets and eight VIA routes will be on detour from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022.

The following streets will be closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.:

♦ Main between Ashby and Maple

♦ Lexington between Maple and Augusta

♦ Augusta between Lexington and Brooklyn

♦ Brooklyn between Augusta and Alamo

♦ Alamo between Brooklyn and Jones

While the listed streets are closed, the following VIA bus route detours will be in effect:
