Exhibit open for public view through Oct. 21

Now in its 10th year, the VIA Employee Art Exhibit showcases more than 100 artistic entries made by VIA employees, retirees, and their family members, made possible by VIA’s collaboration with The National Arts Program®. The exhibit is on display through Friday, Oct. 21, 2022, as part of VIA’s ongoing support for local and aspiring artists.

The 2022 VIA Employee Art Exhibit is free and open to the public. Creations in all media, from painting to sketching, photography, sculpture, and more, will be on display at The Grand, 123 N. Medina St. from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, through October 21. Use VIA’s goMobile app to plan your trip to The Grand, 123 N. Medina, adjacent to Centro Plaza.

The National Arts Program was founded to provide individuals a forum to showcase and develop their visual artistic talents. The program hosts annual exhibits featuring the work of employees and their immediate family members in a variety of venues. VIA has participated in the program for eight years.

This year’s entries were judged by local artists, and prizes were awarded to participants. Over the past 10 years, this employee program has displayed more than 1,000 art pieces in the Employee Art Exhibit.
