VIA follows a consistent, open process for every proposed service update so riders, operators and the community can provide input before anything is finalized.

Proposed Changes to VIA Services
SUMMARY OF PROPOSED SERVICE PLAN
- Service is from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., 7 days a week
- No change to underlying VIAtrans service
- General Boundaries
- Northern boundary: Stone Oak Park and Ride (at the intersection of Stone Oak Parkway and the 281 N frontage road)
- Southern boundary: Intersection of US 281 and E Nakoma
