VIA Link Arriving May 4 in Northeast Zone

VIA Link is a new shared ride on demand transit service that offers riders the option to be picked up and dropped off at specific locations within a zone instead of riding a fixed bus route. Riders schedule their trips using a special app or by phone, rather than following a fixed schedule.  This flexibility provides better frequency, decreases travel times, minimizes walking distances and offers more pick-up or drop-off locations.

Beginning May 4, 2019, VIA Link will begin service in the Northeast Zone with a general boundary of Loop 1604, Bulverde, Thousand Oaks and IH-35.  More details on this service can be found on the VIA Link page.

Route Changes and New Link Service
