Bus service at the transit hub will continue, uninterrupted
The Ellis Alley Park & Ride location (212 Chestnut St.) will be temporarily closed, from Aug. 22 to Sept. 9, for facility improvements. Bus service will not be affected and will continue to operate on its regular schedule.
The renovation work will require the closure of the customer service window, restrooms and indoor waiting area. Temporary restrooms and hand-washing areas will be provided on-site during the closure.
What’s Changing?
The improvements will include renovations to the men’s and women’s restrooms and new flooring throughout the building, including the lobby, waiting areas and ticket-window area.
Where to Get Assistance
While the Ellis Alley facility is closed, riders can get customer service at the Centro Plaza Transit Center (909 W. Houston St., 78207). Hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
For Saturday assistance, visit the Downtown Information Center at 211 W. Commerce St., 78205, which is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
